You are entitled to return your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without having to provide a reason. Please note that certain exceptions apply.

MADE-TO-ORDER / CUSTOMIZED ITEMS

Products that are made to order or customized specifically for you are non-returnable.

RETURN CONDITIONS

Returns must be initiated within 14 days of delivery. Items must be returned in their original condition—unworn, unwashed, and undamaged.

All original packaging, including hangtags, labels, and any accompanying materials, must be intact.

HOW TO REQUEST A RETURN

To initiate a return, please email us at design@marshamburg.com or use the return form on our website. include your order number and the name of the item you wish to return. In the message, briefly explain why you’d like to return the item.

We’ll respond with all necessary return instructions.

Once we receive your return, we will inspect it and notify you via email whether the refund has been approved or declined. If approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow some time for the transaction to be processed by your payment provider—this is beyond our control.

RETURN SHIPPING

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable. If your return is approved, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund amount.
